REBECCA TAYLOR JACKET
Lindsay Schallon, Senior Style Editor: When I stumbled upon this jacket, it felt like hitting the fall fashion jackpot. It combines two of the season’s biggest trends (frayed denim and tweed), and because both fabrics can be treated as a neutral, it has plenty of potential to become my new go-to layering piece. Now if the weather would just cooperate

JIN SOON NAIL POLISH
Jackie Fields, Beauty Editor: The official start of fall is still a few weeks away, but I’m already embracing the season on my hands and feet. My early fave: Jin Soon Choi’s dramatic new palette, inspired by designer Erté’s opera costumes. And just like beautiful, rich fabric, each color has a hint of texture. Verismo, a black and gold blend, is my new go-to toe color. And while I’m not a star of the stage, I can tell the gray, which has a hint of purple shimmer, is going to be show-stopping paired with an armful of bangles.

URBANEARS X DONALD ROBERTSON HEADPHONES
Sarah Kinonen, Style & Beauty Editorial Assistant: I already mentioned that I’m now a ClassPass cult follower and am in desperate need of a workout wardrobe upgrade, and a solid pair of headphones is part of that. Top of my wish list: Urbanears’ newest designer collab with Donald Robertson, in particular this cheeky (and super-cute) kiss-covered pair! They’re perfect for blasting my current go-to pump-up song, Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself”.

Lindy Segal, Style Social Editor: I usually swap my summer crossbody for something a little roomier for fall, but this buttery satchel has me rethinking my whole strategy. At about 10 inches wide, it holds the essentials (plus a little more), but it’s not so big that my shoulder will hate me forever. Now the question is: To monogram or not to monogram?

THE ROW '8' SUNGLASSES
Catherine Kast, Style Editor: It’s hard for me to commit to the ’70s trend for Fall, but I think I found the way I’m going to do it: Retro round sunnies by The Row. Gilt had the brand on major sale – I’m talking $99 for this pair with nearly neutral transparent grey frames (down from $485). It doesn’t hurt that they look just like the pair Beyoncé has! Get in on the deal! There are still a few styles available.

DOLCE & GABBANA 'ITALIAN MONICA' LIPSTICK
I am obsessed with bright lip colors, and this is the one that’s in my bag most days at the moment. It has a super-saturated orangey-red pigment that works as well dabbed on as a stain as it does slicked on for the full effect, and it makes me feel exactly like I’m about to head out into an Italian square for a lazy August day of gelato and sunshine (so the name is appropriate).

KORAL ACTIVEWEAR DOUBLE TIME TANK
Catherine Kast, Style Editor: I really wish I was able to wear a crop top to the gym, but until I feel comfortable enough to go totally bare, this layered top is my jam. It shows just enough skin on the sides and back, and the longer tank layer hits right where my hips start to flare out (read: it’s ultra-flattering). My favorite part about it is that after seeing the super simple front, the peekaboo back feels totally unexpected, and is perfect to show off a cute multi-strap sports bra.

Alex Apatoff, Senior Style Editor: Our director Andrea has this satchel in maroon, and after cooing “cute bag!” every time she carried it, I decided to finally bite the bullet and get one of my own. This perfect-for-fall color sold out in the bigger size, but still exists in the mini version, which is just as cute and $100 less!

DEMETER CARIBBEAN SEA FRAGRANCE
Jackie Fields, Beauty Editor: While coconut-based scents are a summer staple, I don’t love fragrances that smell like they should be frozen drinks instead. I like salt, sea, a refreshing breeze and if I’m really feeling beach-y, the faint sandy smell of a seashell. Demeter’s newest single-note scent, called “Caribbean Sea,” is all of those things swept into one bottle accented with a bright pop of aquamarine.

RIFLE PAPER CO. CALENDAR
Lindy Segal, Style Social Editor: Don’t worry, you’re not behind on buying your 2016 calendar (yet). You see, there’s a big, blank wall in my apartment that’s been empty far too long. I stumbled across this fun Alice in Wonderland-themed calendar during a recent shopping spree at Paper Source (I could seriously spend hours there), and realized the pretty illustrations inside would make the perfect gallery wall. Easiest DIY ever!

ELIZABETH AND JAMES 'NIRVANA' BODY OILS
Brittany Talarico, Style News Editor: Oils are a huge trend in beauty right now. And this duo smells amazing – one is a softer daytime scent (the white mixes peony with musk!), the other is a bit stronger thanks to the mix of violet and sandalwood, and together they look pretty cool on a dresser. I even like to add a little to the ends of my hair so the fragrance travels with me throughout the day.

RBX COLORBLOCK SPORTS BRA
Sarah Kinonen, Style & Beauty Editorial Assistant: I recently signed up for ClassPass after months of talking myself into it. But now that I’m actually registered, I realized my workout wardrobe is a little sparse. So I’ll be hitting up my favorite one-shop stop, TJ Maxx, for sports bras, spandex and socks for less than what I would pay for a pair of leggings at Patagonia. I’ve already got my eye on this color-block piece!

BIORé PORE PENETRATING CHARCOAL BAR
Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: If you suffer from sensitive skin too, you know that the word “exfoliating” on any face wash is an immediate no-go. But I actually found a product that exfoliates without any increased redness (I would not kid about this!). I’ve been using Bioré’s charcoal bar for a few weeks now, and I can’t get over how clean and smooth my skin feels. Plus, I’ve even had fewer breakouts. And even though the all-black soap bar looks a little alarming, it actually applies clear and doesn’t leave any dark residue around your tub.

YUNI AROMATIC BODY MIST
Lindsay Schallon, Senior Style Editor: I think most yogis would agree the best part of yoga is savasana (it’s where you lie still at the end of class). Which is why this new yoga-inspired beauty brand caught my attention. All its products are meant to recall that super-relaxing feeling you have in that moment. I’m particularly into this bergamot, neroli and sage mist, which smells like the oils instructors often spray while you’re getting your om on.
