When it comes to designer collaborations, Target is always miles ahead of the curve. And their latest partnership with up-and-coming jewelry line Subversive may just be the best to-date. The Subversive for Target collection shows the same eclectic flair that earned designer Justin Guinta a cult following with some of Hollywood’s leading fashionistas — but with pieces running from $15 to $60 a piece, you don’t need a superstar budget to afford them.
