Kicking off the evening is supermodel vet Cindy Crawford, who snapped a selfie alongside her hairstylist Ward Stegerhoek, before her final fitting for the star-studded “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology” gala.
Karlie Kloss is partying while she gets primped! The supermodel shared a super-cute video of hairstylist Frankie Foye dancing while spritzing the star’s sleek style with hairspray as a finishing touch. As her makeup, Kloss relied on L’Oréal Paris makeup master Sir John for extra-glowy skin and a bold red lip.
Kate Hudson is getting glam and enjoying some bubbly before stepping her well-shod foot onto the red carpet!
Doutzen Kroes is embracing her curls! The supermodel shared a sneak peek at her freshly-highlighted do wrapped up in rollers courtesy of stylist Braydon Nelson, for the evening. Based on the preview pic, we’re expecting lots of (voluminous!) texture!
Jourdan Dunn is really playing up the gala’s “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology” theme with her brand-new gray hair! The model showed off her slate gray blunt bob on Instagram (to match her silvery smoky eye!) with the caption, “feelin it.”

Olivia Culpo got a quick (and totally impromptu) snip and some fresh (fake!) ink before finishing her glam look for the evening. Are you as excited as we are to see her final look?
Not one to outdo Culpo’s sleek chop, Kate Upton is also a member of the pre-red carpet haircut club, getting a quick trim from celeb hairstylist Peter Butler.
The hair pro lopped about one to two inches off the star’s long, blonde do, leaving her with a blunt mid-length cut. We can’t wait to see the results!
Dylan Penn is prepping for her first-ever Met Gala with a giant team of pros, which is giving the star a tousled, textured hairstyle and a sultry, silvery smoky eye.
Karolina Kurkova opted for a romantic updo, courtesy of celeb stylist Lacy Redway, for the big event: “An effortless, knotted chignon by @lacyredway paired with luminous, ethereal makeup by @ctilburymakeup #kkbeauty #MetGala #KKgoestoMetGala,” she wrote on Instagram.
