Demi Moore's Newest Detox Adventure: Going 'Clean'

Just weeks after Tweeting about her detox à deux with husband Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is coming clean again about her latest fitness craze–but this time she’s talking up a totally different program. Admitting that she only lasted four days on the Master Cleanse, which consists of a diet only of Cayenne pepper, lemon juice, maple syrup, it seems that the star is onto greener (and more filling!) pastures. “2day’s day 13 4me on The Clean Program!” Demi Tweeted on Tuesday. The three-week cleanse, developed by cardiologist Dr. Alejandro Junger, has long been raved about by stars like Gwyneth Paltrow for its ability to depuff and detoxify the body by excluding common allergens and glutens. The non-fasting plan is also favored by some celebs who find its two liquid meals a day and one vegetable-, grain- and protein-filled lunch a more livable option than food-free detoxes. And while Demi doesn’t mention whether cleanse-resistant Ashton is joining her on this program, she’s just days away from crossing its three-week finish line.
