Jenner selected a black leather mixed-media Diane von Furstenberg dress for a night out at famed West Hollywood bar The Abbey on Saturday. The design, which retails for $898, features a faux-wrap bodice and tie belt. She paired the look with sparkly ankle-strap heels and a cropped jacket.

On Friday night, the Olympian dined with friends at Nobu in Malibu, also wearing all black everything and lots of leather. She paired skintight pants with a blousy top and high boots, which made her white mani pop in contrast.

Rounding out her weekend wardrobe, Jenner opted for a causal pair of light-wash jeans and a white top for an I Am Cait screening Sunday with Laverne Cox and a group of friends.

Jenner has proven she’s not afraid to experiment with her fashion choices, choosing everything from bold animal-print dresses to sequin miniskirts. But for her first black-tie event at the ESPYs, she went for sleek sophistication.

“We wanted to do something classic, chic and sophisticated,” her stylist Jen Rade told PEOPLE exclusively, adding that, as at Jenner’s Vanity Fair shoot, the two looked to Old Hollywood and Lauren Bacall for inspiration. “Cait is beautiful: She has great hair, gorgeous bone structure, legs for days. So I just wanted it to be about her and not let anything take away from that.”
