Wondering how to set the fashion world abuzz? Take a celeb-loved designer of the moment, add an amazing price point and out comes a can’t-miss collection of high fashion for the masses! This time it’s Alexander Wang (who’s also the creative director at Balenciaga), who debuted Alexander Wang x H&M Thursday night in New York City. And even though we got a taste of the collection last month, when Rihanna sported a head-to-toe look from the line during New York Fashion Week, the reveal of all the looks was exciting, even if they’re not available until Nov. 6.

Celebs like Jessica Chastain, Kate Mara, Dakota Fanning and Solange Knowles (above) all showed their support for Wang and sat in the front row, along with Eddie Redmayne, Mary J. Blige and Justin Theroux (below), who was videotaping parts of the show on his iPhone. Wang kicked off the show, which took place at a track-and-field venue in uptown Manhattan, with a Matrix-like short film featuring models doing hardcore action moves, like high-speed snowboarding wearing his sports bras, leggings and swishy pants. Parkour performers rappelled from the ceiling and did flips off a trampoline in the center of the racetrack-inspired runway. (Check out the highlights in the video below!)

So even before the models started hitting the catwalk, it was clear: this 38-piece women’s collection and 23-piece men’s collection isn’t full of untouchable, runway-only pieces— it’s super-chic activewear. Note the photo below: Karlie Kloss in life preserver-type top, Tyson Beckford in a shorts-and-fitness-tape combo, and Joan Smalls in leggings and a sports bra (and an intricate fannypack/backpack contraption). Some of the most buzzed-about items at the show included the outerwear, like ultra-wearable utilitarian water-repellent parkas with molded hoods, oversized scuba moto jackets and quilted leather puffers.

And though wearing a holster over running shorts and a sports bra that reads “WANG” might not be for everyone, the prices sure are. Tanks run around $35, shorts and leggings will go for $60. Leather pieces, like slouchy pants and jackets will go for $349. Not down to commit to these statement pieces? Wang and H&M are also releasing a yoga mat, water bottle, sunglasses with an oversized head strap and swimming goggles.
