Like peanut butter and jelly or, say, and trophies, Best Picture and Best Director honors usually go hand-in-hand. But throw the Taiwanese director into the mix and be prepared for an Oscars shakeup, with Lee taking directing honors and Argo winning Best Picture. The last time the Life of Pi helmer did a number on the Academy was in 2006 – when he snagged directing honors for Brokeback Mountain and Best Picture went to Crash.
