Rascal, who has claimed the world’s ugliest dog title at a Kiwanis Club contest in Del Mar, Calif., gives the judges good face at the Sonoma-Marin Fair’s World’s Ugliest Dog Contest in Petaluma, Calif., last weekend.

And we have a champ! One-eyed Princess Abby, a rescue dog who – according to judge Dr. Karen Halligan – was likely inbred. “[She’s] the poster child for spaying and neutering your animals,” says Halligan.

Princess Abby receives a prize from mom Kathleen Francis – a kiss! – after winning it all. “I’ve never in my life had a pet that is so loving and sweet and cute,” Francis told PEOPLEPets.com.

Rascal’s owner Dane Andrew gives him a lift during the competition. The longtime dog owner has been showing his Chinese cresteds, like Rascal, for years. In fact, the pup’s grandfather, grandmother and mother are all ugliest dog champs, too.
