This story in The New York Times, Saving a Squirrel By Eating One, has our entire office buzzing. It’s about a campaign in Britain to save their indigenous red squirrels by hunting and serving up the common gray ones (from North America originally). Naturally, none of us can imagine taking a bite out of our furry NYC park friends (our community manager, Carol V., even nurses injured squirrels back to health as an offical wildlife rehibilitator.)
But we want to hear your thoughts! Would you eat squirrel meat?
