The Houston Texans star is known around the NFL for his intense workouts and extremely regimented training schedule—which includes eating up to 9,000 calories worth of food every day for fuel. The three-time Defensive Player of the Year does, though, schedule in quality junk food time. "If I am in the right mind space and if it’s right after the season—because that’s when I do my most bad eating—I’ll take down one whole package of Oreos, the whole thing," he tells PEOPLE. "There’s no problem, I [won't] even think about it until about an hour later when I am regretting everything I just did." So which flavor cookie does Watt consider worth the splurge? It's the best of both worlds: "I like the heads or tails Oreos, the chocolate on one side and the vanilla on the other side."

The Shallows star is serious about her burgers. A self-confessed "foodie," Lively told PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle in a recent episode of The Jess Cagle Interview about her genius burger hack: "I get one of the Manly burgers and one of the four-chili burgers [at Umami Burger]," she says. "And then you cut them in half and then create one burger. And then you give the other half to whoever you're with." We said it was genius, didn't we?

Achieving his sculpted, lean body for The Legend of Tarzan, meant the 6'4" actor ate only small portions of protein every few hours. But when he wrapped filming, Skarsgard says he swung right back into carb city. "I spent four days just in bed, being fed by Dad,” he tells EW of his father, actor Stellan Skarsgard. "He cooked these pastas with rich sauces and bone marrow and fried mozzarella and tons of beer and wine. It was the most incredible weekend of my life."
