The Houston Texans star is known around the NFL for his intense workouts and extremely regimented training schedule—which includes eating up to 9,000 calories worth of food every day for fuel. The three-time Defensive Player of the Year does, though, schedule in quality junk food time. "If I am in the right mind space and if it’s right after the season—because that’s when I do my most bad eating—I’ll take down one whole package of Oreos, the whole thing," he tells PEOPLE. "There’s no problem, I [won't] even think about it until about an hour later when I am regretting everything I just did." So which flavor cookie does Watt consider worth the splurge?
