Then: From 1991 until 1998, Thomas played Randy Taylor, the middle child and most mischievous of Tim Allen's sons on Home Improvement – a role that earned him bona fide teen idol status.
Now: After ditching Hollywood for the library – Thomas attended Harvard, Columbia and Scotland's St. Andrews University – JTT is reuniting with his former TV dad for an appearance on Allen's show Last Man Standing. "I never took the fame too seriously," he says. "It was a great period in my life, but it doesn't define me."

KENAN THOMPSON & KEL MITCHELL
Then: Like Bynes, Thompson and Mitchell got their starts on the sketch comedy All That before landing their own sitcom, Kenan & Kel, in 1996, and their own movie, Good Burger, based on one of their signature All That sketches.
Now: Thompson has taken sketch comedy to the masses as a cast member on Saturday Night Live. Mitchell still acts from time to time, but now reportedly owns and operates several Wendy's restaurants in Mississippi.

Then: On the TGIF staple Boy Meets World, Savage played Cory Matthews, a Philadelphia kid dealing with friendship, family and first love with crush Topanga (Fischel), from 1993 until 2000.
Now: They're ba-ack! Savage and Fischel are reprising their roles for a revamp of the series, Girl Meets World, which will focus on Cory and Topanga's daughter Riley, played by Rowen Blanchard.

FRED SAVAGE & DANICA MCKELLAR
Then: Ben's older brother and McKellar were Kevin and Winnie, the childhood sweethearts who tugged at your heartstrings on The Wonder Years, which ended its run in 1993.
Now: Savage has turned his attention behind the camera, directing future child stars on Wizards of Waverly Place and even his younger brother on Boy Meets World – as well as producing the so-not-for-kids show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. McKellar, meanwhile, is now a New York Times best-selling author for her educational books geared toward teaching math to girls.

Then: A child star who appeared on Roseanne and Family Ties, Gordon-Levitt became a household name in 1996 when he played alien Tommy Solomon on 3rd Rock from the Sun.
Now: Can you say superstar? Gordon-Levitt has racked up roles in some of the biggest films of the past five years, including The Dark Knight Rises, Inception and Lincoln – and thanks to his swoon-worthy portrayal of brokenhearted Tom in (500) Days of Summer, he's also hit heartthrob status.

Then: She had the most enviable bedroom as a smart and sassy teen on Nickelodeon's Clarissa Explains It All before packing up her denim patchwork jacket in 1995 and heading to ABC for the prime-time hit Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.
Now: Hart took sporadic guest-starring roles until returning to TV full time in Melissa & Joey, a sitcom starring fellow former teen star Joey Lawrence. She is the mother of three sons and is penning her memoir, Melissa Explains It All: Tales from My Abnormally Normal Life, set to hit bookstores this fall.

JENNA VON OY
Then: No one spoke faster than Six LeMeure, best bud to Mayim Bialik's Blossom on the NBC hit. Her character weathered alcoholism and a pregnancy scare before von Oy hung up her floppy hat in 1995.
Now: She followed up Blossom with a run on The Parkers, and although she didn't end up with Joey Russo, von Oy did tie the knot with Brad Bratcher. The couple settled in Nashville, where they welcomed daughter Gray, the focus of von Oy's PEOPLE blog, in May 2012.
